Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, depending on design complexity.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We currently ship within the United States. (If you’re outside the U.S., please contact us before ordering.)

Typical delivery times are 3–10 business days depending on your location and carrier service.

Local pick-up may be available upon request (when applicable).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Timber & Ink Collective is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your order appears lost or delayed, please reach out to the shipping carrier first. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at timberandinkcol.com.
Include your order number, photos of the item, and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Preorders & Custom Orders
Preorder and custom items will ship once production is complete. Estimated processing times will be listed in the product description.
