Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.

  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless there was an error on our part (such as incorrect spelling, color, or design).

Restocking & Fees

  • All approved returns due to customer preference (such as no longer wanting the item) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Return shipping costs for these types of returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will incur a 50% restocking fee or may be refused at our discretion.

Company Error or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives incorrect or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at timberandinkcol@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for approval and detailed return instructions.

  3. Ship your item back within 7 days of receiving approval.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after your return is received and inspected.
