Returns & Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.

Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless there was an error on our part (such as incorrect spelling, color, or design).
Restocking & Fees

All approved returns due to customer preference (such as no longer wanting the item) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return shipping costs for these types of returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will incur a 50% restocking fee or may be refused at our discretion.
Company Error or Defective Items

If your item arrives incorrect or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days.

We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.
